The typical problem

Frequently asked questions
Do you replace the ERP?
It is rarely the right answer. In most cases the ERP stays, and what changes is what surrounds it: integrations, data, dashboards and processes. When replacement is necessary, I evaluate vendors on technical criteria and without commission.
Can we see production in real time?
Yes, with direct collection from machines when they allow it, or with simple reporting when they do not. The dashboard is designed for the decisions of the people who operate, not for presentations.
What about the security of the plant network?
Segmentation between industrial and corporate networks, controlled remote access, updates for exposed systems, off-site backups and a plan for the day something fails. That is part of the audit and the architecture.
