Checkers against Felipe

tip

records

rules

8×8 board, 12 pieces each, dark squares only. White (you) moves first.
A man moves one square diagonally, always forward. A king moves any distance, forward or backward.
Capturing is mandatory. Men capture forward and backward; kings capture at a distance (flying king).
Majority rule: when more than one capture is possible, you must take the one that captures the most pieces.
In a capture sequence the same piece cannot be jumped twice; captured pieces leave the board only at the end of the sequence.
A man becomes a king when it ends its move on the last row. Passing through it mid-capture does not promote.
You win by capturing all opposing pieces or leaving the opponent without a move. 40 moves without a capture is a draw.
