Technology consulting in Toledo, Foz do Iguaçu and western Paraná
Diagnosis, decisions and ongoing technology guidance for companies in western and south-western Paraná, Brazil, based in Toledo and present across the region.
The region
Western Paraná has one of the most dynamic economies in inland Brazil: cooperatives, agro-industry, border logistics in Foz do Iguaçu, universities and technology parks such as Biopark in Toledo, strong retail in Cascavel and Umuarama, industry in Marechal Cândido Rondon, Medianeira and Palotina. Companies like these run real systems, and real systems need real technical decisions.
I trained in business at Biopark and built my career here. I know the region, its institutions and the way business is done, and I work on site in any of these cities.
What the consulting covers
Systems and infrastructure diagnosis: what exists, what is at risk, what needs to change and in what order. Build-or-buy decisions: ERP, platform, vendor, cloud. Technical evaluation of vendors and proposals. Team and engineering process structure. A one-to-three-year technology plan with cost and priority. Monthly follow-up to make sure the plan becomes reality.
How it works
A free first conversation, on site in the region or by call. If there is work to do, a short diagnosis phase with a written report. Then whatever makes sense: a fixed project, an audit, an architecture or ongoing support by period. No long contract before showing results.
Cities served
Cascavel, Toledo, Foz do Iguaçu, Marechal Cândido Rondon, Medianeira, Palotina, Assis Chateaubriand, Umuarama, Francisco Beltrão, Pato Branco, Guarapuava and neighbouring cities, on site. São Paulo, Goiânia, Curitiba, Brasília and the other capitals, on site. The rest of Brazil and abroad, remotely: projects delivered in 19 countries.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on site in Foz do Iguaçu?
Yes. Foz do Iguaçu is two hours from Toledo, and I hold in-person meetings there regularly, as in Cascavel, Medianeira and Marechal Cândido Rondon.
Does consulting replace an IT manager?
It does not replace, it complements. Consulting brings senior technical decisions and architectural vision; the IT manager runs the day to day. In smaller companies without a manager, consulting by period covers part of that role until the company needs someone full time.
Do you recommend vendors?
I evaluate vendors and proposals on technical criteria and without commission. The recommendation is what works for the company, and it is written down with the reasons.
How much does consulting cost?
The initial diagnosis has a fixed price. Ongoing support is monthly, with a defined number of hours. The first conversation costs nothing.
